SMS Program & Opt-In Policy

Program Overview

LockProof Compliance Reminders is an SMS program operated by Truman Property Management. The program sends scheduled task-verification reminder messages to field workers (such as building superintendents) who have been enrolled by their employer.

How Workers Are Enrolled (Opt-In Flow)

Workers are enrolled in this SMS program by their employer — the property management company or business that uses LockProof. Enrollment occurs as follows:

At the time of hire or when a new site assignment is created, the employer collects the worker's mobile phone number.
Written consent to receive SMS reminders is obtained from each worker before any message is sent. Workers acknowledge consent to language such as:

"I agree to receive automated SMS task-verification reminders from my employer via the LockProof system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

No SMS messages are sent to a worker until this consent has been collected and recorded. Consent records are maintained by the employer in the LockProof platform.

Sample Message

Workers enrolled in this program may receive messages such as:

LockProof: Please verify all exterior doors at [Building] are locked. Submit proof: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the worker's assignment schedule, typically ranging from one to several messages per day during active assignments. Workers on vacation or paused assignments receive no messages.

How to Stop or Get Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your employer's administrator directly.

Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
