Truman Property Management operates LockProof, a door-lock compliance system for building superintendents.

What we collect

We collect phone numbers and email addresses of building superintendents for the purpose of sending compliance reminders. We also collect photos, timestamps, and approximate location when superintendents submit door-lock verification.

How we use it

Contact information is used solely to send door-lock compliance reminders via SMS or email. Photos and timestamps are stored as a legal compliance record. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required by law.

SMS/Text Messaging

Phone numbers used in the LockProof SMS program are provided with the written consent of the individual worker, collected by their employer at the time of hire or assignment. SMS messages are sent solely for the purpose of task verification reminders — to prompt enrolled field workers to submit photographic proof that an assigned task has been completed.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
